CertBase for ServiceM8
ServiceM8 doesn't produce PAT or electrical certificates. When this integration is ready, ServiceM8 jobs will appear in CertBase as tests, and completed certificates will be attached to the ServiceM8 job.
How it will work
1. Jobs arrive as tests
ServiceM8 jobs will be imported as pre-filled CertBase tests, with the customer, site address and assigned engineer where ServiceM8 provides them.
2. The certificate goes back on the job
When a PAT test is complete, the signed PDF certificate will be attached to the ServiceM8 job it came from.
3. Remedial quotes for failures
Failed items will be able to raise an unpriced ServiceM8 quote describing what failed, referencing the original job, with the certificate attached.
4. One-click connect
Connect from the ServiceM8 Add-on Store with one click. There are no API keys to copy.
